Hotel registration form is posted. Rates are listed for a 4 day 3 night package when registering for Fri. Aug. 17 through Mon. Aug. 20 under the "The Robinson Family Reunion"

Single Room: $75/night (plus 14%tax) Double Room: $85/night (plus 14% tax)

The Philadelphia Committee has negotiated the best possible deal with the Marriott, a hotel in which you as Family will be comfortable and find convenient. If you cannot take advantage of the contractual package, then you must pay the regular hotel fee, and cannot Register under the name "Robinson Family Reunion".

Saturday:

Day of Family fun at Dorney Amusement Park & Wildwater Kingdom, located in Allentown, PA approximately 60 minutes from Phila.. There will be swimming, water rides, games, shows, rides, and amusements. Visit their website at www.dorneypark.com.

The Committee will be providing a Continental Breakfast, and a Two-Hour All You Eat Buffet (organized around the Family Gathering). Menu to include hamburgers, hot dogs, fried chicken, soft drinks, and more….

The Cost: Includes Admission to Park and Wildwater Kingdom, all rides, amusements, and shows, bus transportation and parking, continental breakfast and buffet.

Seniors (60 years old and up): $18.00

Adults (under 60 years) $30.00

Junior Children (4 years & older,

Under 48' tall in shoes) $18.00

Young Children (0 - 3) FREE

· What if you want to drive to Dorney Park in your car instead of taking the bus?

The prices listed above are package costs negotiated by the Committee. Your cost(s) would be the same, but in addition you'd have to pay the Park's $6.00 parking fee.

· What if it rains?

There is a contingency plan, but pray for sunshine!

· What if you don't want to go to Dorney Park?

There are lots of options available at the hotel and sights in Philadelphia. The Committee would like to handle these on a case by case basis. However, they have planned a wonderful day at the Park, and hope that all will attend.

· Is there a Banquet on Saturday night?

No Banquet this year. After coming from Dorney Park, plan to relax, socialize, "chill out", and take advantage of the hotel accommodations for the remainder of the evening.

Sunday Morning

Worship Service at the 90th Street Mount Hermon Baptist Church at 11:00 am.

Location: Corner - 62nd & Jefferson Sts., Phila.

Small collation served after Service.

Sunday Evening

Dinner Cruise along the Delaware (5:30 pm). Cost: $50.00/ person all ages.

For those opting not to go on the Dinner Cruise: Movies, Cultural Sites, etc. at a cost of $15.00/person.

Monday
