The Robinson Family Reunion
40TH
year celebration is on the way!!! When you ask? July 4, 5, & 6, 2008 in King of
Prussia, Pennsylvania. This year the Philadelphia Committee has again put
together a weekend that we are excited about and we JUST Can’t contain
ourselves…
This is what we need you to do……..
1.
RESERVE YOUR ROOMS-Accommodations:
The Family will stay at the beautiful Crowne Plaza Valley Forge Hotel address:
260 Mall Boulevard, King of Prussia, Pennsylvania 19406. To register you must
contact the Hotel directly at (610) 265-7500 and request the Robinson Family
Reunion registration package. The Room Rate will be $109.00 (plus tax) – Just
think with rising cost of everything the Room Rate is the same as our 2005 rate.
Please register with the Hotel by May 30, 2008 to ensure that you secure your
room for this momentous occasion.
2.
PAY YOUR FEES-Family Registration Fee:
The registration fees for your family are as follows: Adults = $105.00 per
person / Children 4 to 11 is $65.00 per person/ Under 4 is free. Fees cover the
entire weekend activities. All registration fees should be sent to Franchella
Simmons 1052 Edgemore Road Philadelphia, Pa 19151 Phone number 215-477-8614.
Fees should be submitted as soon as possible. We can take payments in full by
March 22, 2008 or installments starting now January 25, 2008 thru March 22,
2008. To ensure we maintain
the various rates that we have negotiated we need your diligence in this matter.

6:00 pm Welcome Banquet at the

Saturday: Mermaid Lake – Fun for all. Rides, Games, Swimming, FOOD, and
Relaxation The JOY OF FAMILY….
Sunday: This year our Church Service and Breakfast will be one activity for the
entire FAMILY– Wake up to the Word…and Breakfast, before we depart from one
another…..

Our Theme:
This year “THE FAMILY NEEDS YOU TO GIVE US THE THEME” we are sponsoring a
contest for the best Reunion Theme. The Committee will review all submissions
and select a theme for our upcoming Robinson Reunion 2008. This is how it will
work…..You provide the Theme the Philadelphia Committee will Provide the FUN….
Entries must be in by March 15th, 2008…. (JUST A THOUGHT -Remember
the THEME should promote the Family, its heritage, its present, and its future.)
We have enclosed an entry form for your convenience…
Education is the KEY:
At our Welcome Banquet we will celebrate our children’s scholastic
accomplishments with the Scholarship committee chaired by Bernice Stewart. (As
always, PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR LETTERS AS A GRADUATE TODAY. Let us know your
achievements as well as your continued educational goals)
And of course, Who’s
Got the CAT, Who’s Got the CAT don’t you want to know? We’ll see at the
Banquet…
We CAN’T WAIT to SEE YA….!!! Pack up the Family, Put on your Travelin Shoes, and
Come on to the KEYSTONE STATE.
